How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the CatSignal app:
1. Open CatSignal
2. Go to Account (top right corner)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion
Once deleted, all your data including cat profiles, health records, and device connections will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. But, you can sign up again if you desire.
If you have trouble deleting your account from within the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us at: admin@petlyticsai.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
CatSignal is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
